For those folks fortunate enough to have been enlightened and impacted by Eileen Rafferty over the years, as many RMSP Career Training, Workshops and Photo Weekends alumni can attest, you’ll know just what an inspiring figure she has become in the field of artistic expression and photography education. Her background and life’s work speaks of a dynamic force refusing to sit still. A Summer Intensive graduate and current instructor, an MFA holder from Virginia Commwealth University, prolific educator, author, creative and fine artist, Eileen is truly on a multidimensional path toward making a significant impact.
Industry giant and RMSP Educational Partner B&H Photo Video Pro Audio in NYC certainly recognizes this. As part of the B&H Event Space free educational series, she’s presented on such eclectic topics such as Fostering Creativity and Art Movements Through Photography. While in New York, Eileen sat down with B&H’s David Brommer for their Real Exposures feature in an in depth interview about her background, passion and work. Enjoy meeting the person who we know and respect as one of our own.
