National Geographic Worthy Adventurer, Jared Alden.
By their very nature, many of our students are the adventurous type. This is certainly true of Pennsylvania native and 2009 Career Training alum, Jared Alden. In fact, it’s challenging to know where in the world – literally – he will end up next. How about in Koh Yao Noi, Phuket, Thailand? How about traversing precariously yet confidently across a slackline strung from a stalactite 300 feet above the ocean??? And how about deservedly landing in National Geographic’s Extreme Photo of the Week?!! Well, here he is doing just that. Stunning!

“No fear!” is his motto, and it’s evident he and his globe-trotting crew know a thing a two about pushing limits. Jared is not only a subject, he’s an excellent photographer in his own right.
