Well, well, well…. it looks like the state of California was quite the place to be this last weekend. In the southern part of the state, the who’s who of the music world congregated in Los Angeles for the 54th annual Grammy Awards. But the real action took place in the northern part of the state. The who’s who of the photography world were busy teaching and learning at our Photo Weekend in Sacramento. Judging by the few comments that have come in so far this morning, it looks like the winner is ….. Everyone who attended!! On behalf of instructors Tony Rizzuto, Tim Cooper and everyone at RMSP we would like to say thanks to those who joined us for the Sacramento Photo Weekend. It was a blast!
If by chance, you missed the opportunity to join us this weekend, don’t worry, we’re coming back to Sacramento. Instructor David Marx will be teaching a session of our Lightroom for Photographers workshop from April 26-29. This four-day course teaches you the ins and outs of Lightroom and allows you to hit the ground running with the software. After these four days with Dave, you’ll wonder how you ever got along without Lightroom!
Here are a few comments we have received since wrapping up in Sacramento:
“Tim’s artistry was evident in this program. Really well done. Lots of inspiration for landscape photographers. He pointed out how to scope out a scene and move around a lot.”
“Great class, a must for anyone.”
“Tim Cooper is an excellent teacher, thorough and clear, also friendly and approachable.”
“I will be shooting better photos as a result.”
“Tony is a fabulous teacher – excellent explanations of technical material, very well organized, great use of PowerPoint slides, wonderful examples, excellent rapport with the audience and a wonderful sense of humor. I am a professional speaker and trainer for lawyers and I am really impressed. This guy is at the top of his game.”
