  1. I see you’re back to work; hope everyone is high & dry. Until Marcy’s image (some Journalism for the 365 Day Project), I knew nothing (don’t watch TV) of this flooding; then, I went to the on-line Missoulian and read today’s article. Must have been disruptive–maybe even spoiled the holiday weekend. Thanks for sharing.

      Thanks for writing Barry. I was actually really surprised to find this flooded area. I live downtown and while the river is running very high, we aren’t experiencing flooding. I came across this when I was in the outskirts of town. There’s this place where I walk my dogs. I like it so much because a. I can walk by the river and b. there’s a herd of bison close to the hiking area and those animals fascinate me. This is what I saw when I pulled over to park. The walking bridge was completely covered with water. I did get to visit with the bison, which was nice. Thanks for commenting.
